The board consists of 20 members: 10 medical physicians and 10 chiropractic physicians, which can include orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, and neuroradiologists. Members must have earned certification via NATIONAL Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression University while also demonstrating high-level expertise in diagnosing and treating spinal disc disorders.
